Can I see my proof before I purchase?
If you would like to see a proof only, the cost is an additional $25.00. If you would like to complete your purchase, you just follow the steps and put ‘proof approved’ in the detail section of selecting your point of interest. This will alert us to contact you for the final proof approval.
What are my choices for metal?
You have TWO choices: 1) sterling silver
2) bronze
We currently do not offer any other metals.
What if I have a special request for something not on your website?
You should email us your request. Often times our new products are the result of our customer requests.
What is your return policy?
You will have to approve your final proof. Once we have approval, your piece is made. This makes your piece of jewelry a custom piece that cannot be exchanged or returned.
What happens if my jewelry breaks?
We are happy to fix any defect with your jewelry piece within one year from purchase, free of charge. If it is determined that your item is damaged due to excessive wear and tear, there will be a charge to repair and/or replace your jewelry. You should send your jewelry back to us in protective packaging. For your protection we recommend that you insure for the full value of the item as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items. What is considered normal wear and tear?
Normal wear means that you (1) have not worn your jewelry in the shower, tub, hot tub or pool. There are too many chemicals added that will tarnish the silver and damage the resin finish. If you wear your jewelry in a hot spring you will notice it will blacken due to the amount of sulfur in the water; (2) have not broken, yanked or cracked your jewelry. Although our jewelry is quite rugged, it is not resistant to breaking if treated roughly; (3) have put your jewelry on AFTER you apply fragrance or hair spray and (4) have not used any kind of abrasive such as a scotch pad or steel wool to clean your jewelry. If you have any question it is best to contact us.
How do I keep my piece from tarnishing?
We recommend that you use a buffing cloth to remove tarnish from silver. Makeup or dirt can be removed by washing with warm water and a little bit of gentle soap. Rub with a soft cloth and air dry. Many silver cleaners can dull the resin finish so we don’t recommend them. It is best if you store your jewelry in an airtight container when not in use such as a plastic bag.
Can I have a piece lengthened or shortened?
Our necklaces are 18” chain or 22” adjustable leather cord. Our bracelets are available in 3 lengths: 6 ½, 7 ½ and 8 ½. If these do not accommodate your needs, please contact us.
Can you match an earring if I lose one?
Yes! There is a charge for one half of the current price of the earrings. Please contact us to inquire about a match.
